Who’s Katie from Hooked on Organics?
Hi, I’m Katie, a wellness lover, biohacking nerd, and clean beauty advocate on a mission to help women feel better in their bodies by reducing their toxic load and reclaiming their health.
My journey began after my mom’s breast cancer diagnosis, which sparked my deep dive into holistic living and opened my eyes to the hidden toxins in our everyday routines. A few years later, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s and that’s when I went all in. Through years of research, working with holistic practitioners, and making intentional shifts in my lifestyle, I was able to put my Hashimoto’s into remission and completely transform my health.
Before starting Hooked on Organics, I spent nearly 20 years in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry, most recently as a Sales Director. I witnessed firsthand how conventional medicine often overlooks the root causes of illness, and I knew I wanted to do more. I left that world behind to pursue my passion full-time and help other women navigate their healing journey from a more empowered, informed, and toxin-conscious place.
Now, I’m building Club Sirène, a clean beauty brand inspired by everything I’ve learned. We’re redefining what it means to be “clean,” starting with a lipstick line that’s free of titanium dioxide and meets the highest EU safety standards, without sacrificing luxury, performance, or style.
Hooked on Organics is my platform to share what’s worked for me, from hair growth protocols and non-toxic swaps to healing routines and beauty products that won’t mess with your hormones.
I believe clean can be luxurious. Wellness can feel good. And healing doesn’t have to mean giving up the things you love.
